Indoor Winter/Outdoor Summer Grounds Rental Fees
Winter Indoor Fee: $10 per foot, very front to the rear-most part of the unit
**Winter ground rentals begins in October and all items must be removed by the FIRST weekend of April.
2020 – Summer Fee: $150 per unit

Building Rental Fees
$100 – Horse Arena- proof of insurance(per event) and manure hauling
$10 – per stall rental and manure hauling
$100/section – Commerical building ($200 deposit)
$100 – 4-H Foodstand for non-profit groups plus ($200 deposit)
$200 – 4-H Foodstand for groups making a profit plus ($200 deposit)
$500 – Big Barn ($1,000 deposit)
$500 – Grandstand ($1,000 deposit)
$1,000/day – Fairgrounds ($500 deposit)
**Payment and deposit are required before the event. The deposit will be returned when and if the garbage is removed and the buildings are in proper order. Must have proof of insurance and ST19 filed with Kathy Tesmer, secretary 507-937-3266.
