Camping 2025
The County Fair Campground will be open April 15 through October 15.
(The campground is closed to the public July 20-27, 2025, for Fillmore County Fair – which runs July 21-26, 2025.)
The campground is located on the Root River Bike Trail and is also close to the Root River. You can enjoy canoeing, fishing, tubing, biking, golfing etc.
Camping Fees
$30 per day (Visitors $5 per person each day)
Non-Camping
Showers $2.00
Dump Station $5.00
- The Fillmore County Fair Campground has 50 sites available on a first come basis.
- The campsites have 30 and 50 amp or 110 electricity available.
- A drop box is located on the east end of the green building along Fillmore Street.
- Pay when you arrive.
- We do not take reservations.
- No motorized recreational vehicles are permitted on the Fillmore County campground/fairground.
