Camp-Store-Rent


The County Fair Campground will be open April 15 through October 15.  We will close the campground July 19 - 24, 2010, due to the Fillmore County Fair.

The campground is located on the Root River Bike Trail and is also close to the Root River.  You can enjoy canoeing, fishing, tubing, etc.

Camping Fees
$15 per day (no electric)
$20 per day (with electric)
$100 per week

Indoor Winter Storage Fees
(per season prices)
$100 - Car up to 18'
$150 - 18' to 24'  
$200 - 24' foot to 27'
$250 - Over 27'
**Storage begins in October and all items must be removed by April 15.

Building Rental Fees
$100/section - Commerical building ($200 deposit)
$100 - 4-H Foodstand for non-profit groups plus ($200 deposit)
$200 - 4-H Foodstand for groups making a profit plus ($200 deposit)
$500 - Big Barn ($1,000 deposit)
$500 - Grandstand ($1,000 deposit)
$1,000/day - Fairgrounds ($500 deposit)
**Payment and deposit are required before the event.  The deposit will be returned when and if the garbage is removed and the buildings are in proper order.  Must have proof of insurance and ST19 filed with Kathy Tesmer, secretary/treasurer.  507-937-3266
